Knife Set

I replaced a mixed drawer of dull old knives with this set, and the biggest change was not the block on the counter but how much easier it got to get through an ordinary dinner. That said, I would still rather rinse and dry them by hand when I have the time, because that is usually kinder to any knife set and keeps the edges in better shape. So that is my one small gripe.
